Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In just one year she earned her pro card at 17 years old. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving onto exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
